Join us on Zoom for the 6th Annual LLI Women’s Electoral Conference. This conference is made by women and for women to support each other in our endeavors in pursuing careers in politics and elections. This conference will focus on three panels: Women in the Labor Movement; Women’s Equity and Women’s Rights; and LLI Alumni and Candidates. These panels will include 4-5 women in their respective fields to discuss related issues. There will be Q&A sessions for each panel. In addition to the panels, there will be three speakers: Melissa Begg, Gale Brewer, and Margarita Rosa. Dean Melissa Begg will give the opening remarks. Gale Brewer will discuss her experience with elections and political office. Finally, Margarita Rosa will discuss the leak of the court opinion for Roe v. Wade and its implications.
